Privacy Policy

Mochi Labs Ltd. Effective date: 29 September 2026

Mochi Labs Ltd. (“Mochi Labs,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit mochi-labs.com, play Mochi Sort or Mochi Mix, or contact us about these services (together, the “Services”).

Personal information includes information that identifies you directly and information that can reasonably be associated with you or your device. It can include player identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses and gameplay records, even when we do not know your name.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Mochi Labs Ltd. is based in Israel. We are responsible for personal information for which we determine the purposes and means of processing.

For privacy questions or requests, contact support@mochi-labs.com.

Business address: 287 Modiin St., Pardes-Hana 3704959, Israel.

Our Services have different publishing arrangements:

App stores and other providers may also process information independently under their own notices. For requests concerning Supersonic’s processing of Mochi Sort data, use the contact and rights procedures in its policy. You can contact us if you need help identifying the appropriate recipient.

2. Information we collect

The information involved depends on the game, its version, your platform, the features you use and your privacy choices.

Information you provide

When you contact us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include, such as a player ID, screenshots or purchase receipts. We use this information to understand and respond to your request. Please avoid sending passwords, complete payment-card details or information unrelated to your request.

We do not ask players to provide their real name, postal address or contact details simply to play. Our own routine game analysis focuses on usage and diagnostics to understand gameplay and identify bugs. This does not mean that all data processed by the games or their integrated providers is anonymous.

Gameplay, device and technical information

Depending on the integrations active in the particular game, Mochi Labs, its publisher or integrated providers may process:

These records help operate the game, understand player experience, investigate problems and measure advertising. Information associated with an identifier is not automatically anonymous.

Purchase information

When you make an in-app purchase, the relevant app store or payment provider processes payment. The store, publisher or purchase service may process transaction identifiers, purchased items, amounts, currencies and payment or refund status to fulfil purchases and resolve transaction issues. If you contact Mochi Labs about a purchase, we receive any receipt or transaction details you include in your enquiry.

Please do not send complete payment-card or bank-account details to Mochi Labs.

Information from partners

We use usage and diagnostic information to monitor bugs and analyse game performance. We may also receive campaign-measurement reports from the advertising services used to promote our games. For example, campaign reports can help determine whether an advertisement led to an installation or a later in-game event. The information received depends on each integration and applicable permissions.

3. How we use information

Our own use of game data focuses on usage analytics and bug monitoring. Across the Services, information may be processed by us or the relevant publisher or integrated provider for the following purposes, according to its role:

We do not treat installing a game or visiting the website as blanket consent to every form of data collection. Where a particular activity requires consent, that consent must be obtained separately.

4. Advertising, analytics and your choices

Our games may include advertising and tools that measure game performance or advertising effectiveness. These tools may collect information directly from the app, including identifiers, technical information, approximate location and interactions with advertisements or game features.

Personalised advertising uses information about activity over time or across services to select advertisements. Contextual advertising uses the circumstances in which an advertisement is displayed. The information used depends on the provider, configuration, your region and your choices.

You can manage available tracking permissions and advertising settings through your device. On supported Apple devices, this includes the app-tracking permission. Android devices provide advertising and privacy controls that vary by operating-system version. These settings do not necessarily stop all contextual advertising, security processing or essential game operation.

Where consent is required for non-essential technologies or advertising, we will request it before the relevant processing. You may withdraw consent through the available privacy controls or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Watching a rewarded advertisement does not itself constitute consent to unrelated tracking or personalised advertising.

Providers and their notices

We use services from the providers below for advertising, measurement or related game technology. The services enabled differ by game, platform and version; this list does not mean every provider receives every category of information from every player.

For Mochi Sort, also review Supersonic’s game privacy policy for the publisher’s integrations and choices. Mochi Mix is not covered by that publishing arrangement. Provider notices describe their own processing and available privacy controls; they do not replace our responsibilities for information we disclose.

5. Website storage and external services

Our website uses browser session storage to remember whether the introduction video has played during your visit. This setting supports the website experience and is not an advertising profile. Browser controls allow you to clear stored site data.

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser makes requests to that service, which can disclose technical information such as your IP address and request headers. Hosting and content-delivery services also process technical requests needed to deliver and protect the website.

Links to the Apple App Store, Google Play and other external services take you to services with their own privacy notices. Review those notices when you use them.

6. Legal grounds for processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis appropriate to the particular purpose:

If information is necessary to fulfil a request or deliver a feature, not providing it may prevent us from completing that request or providing that feature. Optional information is not required simply to contact us about your privacy.

7. When information is shared

Information may be disclosed to:

A provider’s separate privacy policy does not remove our responsibility for disclosures we make to that provider.

8. International processing

Information may be processed in Israel and in other countries where the relevant publisher or service providers operate. The protections in those countries may differ from those in your country.

Where transfer restrictions apply, transfers must be supported by a lawful mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards with any required additional protections. You may contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your information.

9. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless the law requires a longer period. The appropriate period depends on the data category, the purpose, whether the information is still needed to support an active player, and applicable legal obligations.

Support correspondence is retained while needed to address the enquiry and related follow-up or disputes. Purchase records may be retained to meet accounting obligations and resolve transactions. For technical and gameplay records, relevant retention criteria include the time needed to investigate an error, compare performance across app versions and assess changes to game features. Advertising and measurement records are retained according to the relevant campaign purpose and provider arrangements. Retention may be extended when necessary for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute. Once information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable backup cycles.

Retention by a publisher or provider acting independently is governed by its own policy. In particular, Supersonic’s retention provisions apply to information it holds for Mochi Sort; they are not a statement of Mochi Labs’ retention periods.

We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Where a security incident creates a legal notification obligation, we will provide the required notifications.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to your information, correction, deletion, a portable copy, restriction of processing or an objection to certain processing. You may also have rights to withdraw consent, opt out of certain advertising uses and complain to a relevant supervisory authority.

Send requests to support@mochi-labs.com, identifying the game and explaining your request. A player ID, if available, can help us locate the relevant records. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised representative’s authority. Please do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate process.

Mochi Sort on Google Play: its current Data safety disclosure states “Data can’t be deleted.” This policy does not promise an in-app deletion feature or that Mochi Labs can delete information controlled independently by Supersonic. For questions about that information, consult Supersonic’s privacy policy and its contact procedures. This store disclosure applies to Mochi Sort on Google Play; it is not a statement about Mochi Mix.

The store disclosure does not limit rights you may have under applicable law. We will assess requests concerning information we control, respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any applicable limitations or exceptions. Removing a game from your device does not automatically delete information already held by us or another provider.

11. Additional information for United States residents

Where applicable state privacy laws cover our processing, residents may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, appeals and opting out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Some advertising disclosures can qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” under state law even when no money is paid for the information. This policy therefore does not make a blanket claim that no sale or sharing occurs.

You may send an applicable opt-out or appeal request to support@mochi-labs.com, specifying the game and the request or decision concerned. We will assess the request under applicable law and explain any additional steps needed to identify the relevant records. For information independently controlled by Supersonic or an advertising provider, use that organisation’s privacy controls or contact procedures as well. Device advertising controls may limit certain uses but are not a substitute for every right provided by law.

12. Children’s privacy

Our current Terms state that the Services are not directed to children under 13 and may not be used by them. Users between 13 and the age of majority are subject to the parental-consent requirements in those Terms. Additional protections or a higher consent age may apply under local law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances requiring parental consent or other protections, please contact support@mochi-labs.com. We will investigate and take the action required by applicable law, including deletion or restriction of processing where appropriate.

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our Services, practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required. If a change requires new consent, we will request it; continued use alone will not replace that consent.
